Professional Supplements™ is excited to release our 2ND generation core
thermogenic called Vexacore™ HEAT. Vexacore™ HEAT is a multi-layered
formula made up of the finest alkaloids and extracts that have the power to
radically increase thermogenesis, reduce appetite, lower cortisol, regulate
insulin levels and enhance thyroid output. Vexacore™ HEAT has all the impressive
fat fighting ingredients as our original formula Vyper™, yet we made a few
powerful additions while also fine-tuning the phenylethylamine complex.
While Vyper™ is a very powerful formula (too strong for some) we layered our
energy complex in Vexacore™ HEAT so that the initial onset isn’t as fierce yet
the focus lasts up to 8 hours.
The additions:
Smoother phenylethylamine compounds that you can feel working right away
and lasts up to 8 hours long.
We sought out after the highest quality carralluma extract and partnered
up on the purchase of this high-end material. Caralluma is an edible cactus
used for centuries by tribesmen in India to suppress appetite and enhance
endurance. Extracting specific glycosides and saponins from this
plant, our ultra concentrated caralluma is the strongest appetite
suppressant available on the market and will crush your desire for sweets.
Make sure you remind yourself to eat because you will most likely not be
thinking about food!
Thiaforce™ is our triple thiamine complex that helps the body cells
metabolize carbohydrates into energy. Thiamine is essential for the
functioning of the muscles, heart and nervous system. Deficiency can
cause weakness, fatigue, and poor nerve communication.
High insulin levels promote fat storage, so we added a premium grade
Lagerstroemia speciosa extract to help reduce blood sugar content and keep
insulin levels low. Lagerstroemia speciosa contains corosolic acid which has
been found in US clinical studies to naturally increase glucose transport
across the cell membrane thus lowering blood sugar levels in pre-diabetes
and type 2 diabetes patients.
Vexacore™ HEAT can help you overcome the
5 biggest obstacles when dieting:
Most people dread dieting due to the intense hunger cravings, lack of energy,
unpleasant moods, hitting problem areas and lack of motivation. Without
these obstacles, losing unsightly body-fat would be a piece of cake, right?
Well, lets not mention “cake” until you start your Vexacore™ Heat! Our
brilliant research and development team at Professional Supplements infused the
highest standardized extracts and alkaloids into a powerful fat-fighting formula
that will put an end to these dieting hurdles. Let Vexacore™ HEAT be your
best friend to help push you to the next level and transform your body into a
confident, attractive fat-free masterpiece!
So how does Vexacore™ HEAT work?
Vexacore Matrix™ - Effectively crosses the blood/brain barrier and causes a
rapid release of norepinephrine by the sympathetic nerve terminals. The
norepinephrine interacts with the adrenergic receptors on the surface of
adipocytes (fat cells) and initiates the breakdown of fatty acids (lipolysis).
What is unique about the Vexacore Matrix™ is that it is able to penetrate deep
into fatty tissue forcing a rapid spike in cAMP (Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate)
levels thus allowing lipolysis to occur for an exceptionally long time.
This long duration and continuous stimulation of the adrenergic receptor yields
an incredible rate of thermogeneis that you can actually feel all day long (and
see in the mirror in a matter of days!).
What is Thermogenesis?
Thermogenesis is the actual process of burning fat within the mitochondria of
the cell. This fat burning creates energy that is then released through
the skin as heat.
What is phenylethylamine?
Phenylethylamine is an aromatic amine (a strong organic compound) that is
biosynthesized from the amino acid phenylalanine. It is found in many
foods, such as chocolate, and is believed to function as a neurotransmitter that
hosts a variety of psychological and physiological functions. These
functions include: regulating mood, appetite, sexuality, wakefulness, attention,
motivation & behavioral reinforcement.
The challenge with most forms of phenylethylamine is that they only last a
few minutes within the body and are quickly metabolized by the enzyme MAO-B,
preventing significant concentrations from reaching the brain. [1][2]
The beauty behind Vexacore’s™ proprietary matrix is that we have compounded 4
powerful forms of phenethylamine that have a profound influence upon the
adrenergic receptors while inhibiting vesicle dopamine reuptake. This
yields a continuous wave after wave of catecholamine release (dopamine/norepinephrine)
that lasts hours instead of minutes. The end result is a happy, focused
and lean end user!
Phenylethylamine’s influence on dopamine concentration:
It has been shown in studies that Infusion of β-phenylethylamine
significantly increased extracellular levels of dopamine in the nucleus
accumbens.[3] Increased levels of dopamine are associated with: increase
in motivation, motor activity, increase in sociability, arousal, increase in
perception and in the processing of pain. A higher dopamine concentration
can help people trying to lose body fat, in particular, by helping to control
cravings and also increase motivation levels (dopamine may actually help you get
to the gym!).
DL-Phenylalanine-Also known as DLPA, it is a mixture of the D and L isomers
of phenylalanine. L-Phenylalanine, commonly found in food, is an essential
amino acid that is readily absorbed across the blood-brain barrier.
L-phenylalanine can improve mood and help relieve depression when orally
administered.[4]
D-phenylalanine has similar nutritional value to L-phenylalanine, but what
makes it remarkable is its ability to inhibit the enzyme enkephalinase and
prevent the degradation of endorphins. [5] These endorphins induce analgesia
(pain relief) and most likely play a role in DLPA’s mood enhancing effects.
DL-Phenylalanine is a team player in the Vexacore Matrix™ that enhances the
concentration of dopamine while increasing the actions of our body’s natural
endorphins.
Synephrine HCL - is derived from the Citrus Aurantium fruit and is used in
Traditional Chinese Medicine for a variety of purposes including fat loss and
appetite suppression. Synephrine HCL stimulates beta-3 adrenergic
receptors that increase lipid metabolism and also help to make fat cells more
“sensitive” to the effects of norepinephrine (the hormone that stimulates fat
burning).
Black Tea - derived from the camellia sinensis plant, this wonderful extract
is rich in polyphenols (a type of antioxidant which has potential health
benefits) and also contains the amino acid Theanine. Theanine has been
shown in studies to reduce mental and physical stress[6], may produce feelings
of relaxation [7] and improves cognition and mood when taken in combination with
caffeine.[8] L-theanine may also help the body's immune response to infection by
boosting the capacity of gamma delta T-Cells. A study published in 2003 by
the Brigham and Women's Hospital, included a four-week trial with 11 coffee
drinkers and 10 tea drinkers, who consumed 600 milliliters of coffee or black
tea daily. Blood sample analysis found that the production of anti-bacterial
proteins was up to five times higher in the tea-drinkers, an indicator of a
stronger immune response.[9]
Cocoa Extract - contains theobromine, a powerful alkaloid belonging to the
methylxanthine family. A potent cAMP phophodiesterase inhibitor, which
means that it helps to prevent the enzyme phosphodiesterase from converting the
active cAMP to an inactive form. When the inactivation of cAMP is
inhibited by theobromine and other alkaloids found in Vexacore™ HEAT, the
effects of the neurotransmitter that stimulated the production of cAMP is much
longer lived. This stimulatory effect may lead to an increase in
mood, an overall “satisfied” feeling and an increase in fat oxidation.
Lagerstroemia Speciosa - Regulating insulin is critical when dieting.
High levels of insulin will stop the body from using fat for energy and actually
promote fat storage. Lagerstroemia contains a powerful insulin-lowering
component called corosolic acid. Corosolic acid has been found in US clinical
studies to naturally increase glucose transport across the cell membrane thus
lowering blood sugar levels in pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes patients.
5 HTP- 5-Hydroxytryptophan is an amino acid that is the intermediate step
between tryptophan and the neurotransmitter, serotonin. Adding 5-HTP
to the diet may help curb cravings, especially for sugar, and reduce appetite by
increasing serotonin levels. 5-HTP has been shown in placebo-controlled
clinical studies to reduce appetite and help promote weight loss through
increasing “satiety” levels when one consumes calories.
Many people may be predisposed to being overweight because they have a
decreased conversion of tryptophan to 5-HTP and, as a result, decreased levels
of serotonin. By providing 5-HTP to the diet, this genetic defect may be
bypassed and more serotonin can be manufactured.
Finally, if you are following a low carbohydrate diet or reduced calorie
diet, 5-HTP may help “turn hunger off” and keep one in a positive emotional
state.
What can I expect from Vexacore™ HEAT?
Vexacore™ HEAT is a strong thermogenic (heat generating) formula.
Within in a few minutes of taking a single capsule, you will start to feel a
pleasant “warming” effect from the Vexacore Matrix™. This is the first
signal that thermogenesis is kicking in. As the day goes on you will
notice an elevated mood, more energy, more focus and less of a desire to eat
unhealthy foods. Most users see noticeable fat loss results within a few
days depending upon how in-tune you are to your body (for some individuals it
may take 1-2 weeks to notice visible results).
How do I take Vexacore™ HEAT?
Test your tolerance by taking one (1) capsule per day with food. Some
users can handle Vexacore™ HEAT on an empty stomach, but when first starting out
we highly suggest taken with a meal. Make sure Vexacore™ HEAT is not taken
within 5 hours before bedtime as restless sleep may occur. We do not
recommend more than two (2) capsules per day, however select individuals may
have a slightly higher threshold. Do not exceed three (3) capsules per
day.
