Shipping Information
Our goal is to get you your products ASAP. We understand that it’s not fun to
wait for your products.
- If you live in the Continental United States all orders received by 3
p.m. EST are shipped SAME DAY via UPS ground.
- There is a $6.95 charge for packages up to 20LBS. $8.95 for 20-30LBS. &
$12.95 for 30+LBS.
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so you must list a valid street
address with your order.
- UPS Next-Day or Second Day is available, but the order will be charged
the actual shipping costs which are based on weight and destination. Email
us for exact costs.
- We will deliver United States Postal Service if requested. Email us for
exact shipping costs.
- There will be a $5 fee for shipments that are re-routed after leaving
our store, or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. That fee is
intended to cover the extra charge by UPS. So PLEASE make sure your address
is correct
- **We will ship supplements internationally if the customer is willing to
pay full shipping charges** For international orders, send us an email or
place your order on our site, and we will contact you in regards to the full
shipping rate.
Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped in Wisconsin (5.6%). Orders
shipped outside of the state of Wisconsin are shipped with no sales tax.
Back Orders
In the event you order an item that is not currently in stock, we will
attempt to email or call you to let you know. If the product that is back
ordered is not expected to arrive to us within 1-2 business days, we will ship
you the products that are immediately available on your order. We will ship your
back order items as they become available. You will not be charged any extra
shipping costs for the back order items.
Damages
Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Results within 24 hours
of receipt. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and its
contents, and will issue a credit for merchandise confirmed to be damaged.
Returns
Before returning any merchandise, you must call or email us for a return
authorization number. A valid return authorization number must be on the
shipping label or we will not accept the package. Full credit will be issued
for unopened merchandise returned at your expense within 10 days of your
receipt.
In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, do not
open the product or it will void your right to return it to us.
